$30 Million – Historic renovation/adaptive reuse of the existing 36,700 sq. ft. Historic Beverly Hills Post Office building and the surrounding grounds into a performing arts center, including an addition of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. rehearsal and educational wing. The key element of the center is a 500-seat state-of-the-art performing arts facility with related backstage support areas such as dressing rooms, costume storage, loading dock, sufficient wing space, green room, and production offices.
