Phase I – $5 Million rehab of 7 story office building and multi-level parking structure. Conversion into new campus for all facets of Art & Design College

Phase 2 – $6 Million - New Fine Arts Complex and plaza. This complex contains one new building, approximately 40,000 square feet. The project includes a state-of-the-art art gallery, sculpture studios, film studios, fine art studios, classrooms and administration wing. The project also includes outdoor patios, yards and plazas, which connect the existing tower building with the balance of the campus.
