$5.5 Million – This 15 unit artists-in-residence project is located in the transitional neighborhood of Venice. Each multi-level unit consists of a flexible live/work arrangement of spaces including a 14’-6” high main space and private side yard on the ground floor. On the second floor, the ceiling has been split to create two distinct rooms of varying height, each with individual balconies. Entry is from a secure courtyard that contains common exterior workspace and visitor parking.
